CROSSFIT
My experience with CrossFit at CrossFit Unrivaled is rooted deeply in its community. The gym, run by a local family, fosters a supportive environment. It’s about the people, the encouragement, and the shared commitment to improvement.

My introduction to CrossFit began when I was younger through the CrossFit Kids program. One summer, my parents wanted my brother and I to stay active and try something new, so they signed us up at the same CrossFit gym they were attending at the time. Back then, it felt like a fun way to spend the summer; learning new movements, staying active, and hanging out with other kids our age. Looking back now, I realize it was also my first glimpse into the supportive, encouraging community that CrossFit is known for.

CROSSFIT KIDS
My connection to CrossFit Unrivaled began through my parents. Years ago, both my mom and dad were members and part of the gym’s community. Life eventually got busy, but CrossFit was always something they enjoyed and talked about.
During COVID, when sports paused and our routines shifted, my dad encouraged my brother and me to start going with him. In December 2020, we joined the gym and began taking classes, and it quickly became part of our after‑school routine.
About two years ago, my mom rejoined as well, bringing our whole family back into it. Now we’re the Creekmores, always showing up together. My dad still goes in the mornings, while my mom, my brother, and I usually head to the evening classes. What started as something my parents were involved in years ago has grown into something all four of us share.
